FORMS

A form is a web tool that comes in very handy when a site owner wants to know more about a customer or visitor to a page. In basic terms a form is a table with controls set on it to perform some action determined by buttons. Some of these controls are automatically populated and others must be filled out with text. Some of them are simply checked, unchecked or a value clicked or not.

Forms can include items like text boxes where a user would type in information, or controls like a check box or a radio button where they would choose from information you provide them. After a customer or visitor fills out the form there should be a control item called a button. This will allow the user to submit the information that they input so it is valuble to the site owner. It can also be set to clear the form as shown below.
